Charter Services
Sea n Red Charters provides guided fishing, sightseeing, and shelling trips in Southwest Florida. All trips are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations.
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel trips due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Booking & Payments
- All charters must be booked in advance.
- Pricing is clearly stated and subject to change without notice.
- Any deposits or payments are governed by the specific booking agreement provided at the time of reservation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellation policies will be communicated during booking.
- Failure to show up at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of deposits.
- Weather-related cancellations will be handled fairly and professionally.
Participant Responsibilities
By participating in a charter, you agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the captain
- Act responsibly and respectfully aboard the vessel
- Ensure minors are supervised at all times
- Inform the captain of any medical conditions that may affect participation
Alcohol consumption, if permitted, must be responsible. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Fishing and boating activities involve inherent risks, including weather changes, water conditions, and wildlife encounters. By booking a charter, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
